ADVERTISER PLAYBOOKS / VISITOR SEASON

Meet visitors
before they decide.

Visitors choose where to eat, stay and go once they arrive, and where to travel before they book. Vugo® reaches both: in your city, with screens and wraps in the visitor districts, and in the cities they come from, with wraps timed to booking season.

Goal: Reach visitors before and during their tripRuns 2–6 months
THE PLAY

How it runs.

01

Choose where to reach them

In your city, you reach visitors once they’ve arrived. In the cities they travel from, wraps reach them at home, before they book. Many destinations do both.

02

Favor the visitor’s moments

On screens, TripIntent® puts your ad first around the airport, travel, dining and nightlife, and time of day favors arrival afternoons and dinner hours.

03

Wrap for the season

Vugo recruits drivers in your city or in the cities visitors come from, has the wraps installed by professional shops, and verifies every car from install photos, for two months or more.

04

Swarm the arrivals

Schedule swarms at the cruise port, the convention center or the festival grounds on peak days, or along the airport route.

05

Show the full price

If the ad shows a price for a room or a ticket, it must be the total, with mandatory fees included, under the FTC’s rule on fees.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you run it.

Can we reach visitors where they live?

Yes. Wraps are recruited in most U.S. metros, so you can run them in the cities your visitors travel from, timed to booking season, with no screens needed there.

Can we run it in our city?

Wraps and Tiles are recruited for each campaign, so most U.S. metros are possible. Screens run where drivers and fleets already carry them. Share your market and dates and Vugo confirms what’s available.

How is it priced?

Screens are priced per thousand validated impressions; wraps and Tiles per car for the flight. Every campaign is quoted for its format, market, and dates.
