Your client’s ambition.

Every client in one Vugo® account: plans, campaigns, reporting, and billing. Your logo goes on the reports your clients receive, and your commission is worked out on every invoice.

One account.
Every client in it.
A full account per client
Add a client and it gets its own campaigns, creative library, reporting, and billing, all under your agency. Switch between clients in one click.
Your whole book on one timeline
Six months of flights for every client, with seasonal moments marked and a list of what’s waiting on a decision: creative due, installs to book, a flight running out.
Reports under your brand
Your logo replaces Vugo’s on the campaign report PDFs your clients receive.
Billing your way
Fund campaigns from your agency balance, or let each client pay with its own card or deposit. Weekly invoices per client, for validated delivery only.
Commission, worked out
Each invoice shows the gross, the media, your commission, and the net due to Vugo. Commission is on media; wrap production is billed at cost.
Seats for your team
Invite your reps, give each one a book of clients, and export revenue by team member for your own commission plans.

Everything a client
plan needs.
- Formats and suitability. Screens for action in the ride, wraps and Tiles for presence on the street — or a combination, quoted together.
- Specs and templates. Published creative specs, Vugo templates for Tiles and Standard Wraps, and Canva at the exact size for video and Tiles.
- Review before launch. Creative is checked against the Content Guidelines, usually within one business day.
- Reporting agreed up front. Validated impressions, QR scans with UTM tags, venue proximity, install photos, PDF and CSV.
What agencies ask first.
Can my client log in to its own account?
Yes, when you want it to. Ask Vugo to add a sign-in for the client. It sees its own campaigns and its invoices at gross, never your commission or your other clients.
Can I share the plan with my client?
Yes. Vugo Planning exports the media plan as a PDF, and campaign reports carry your logo.
Do my reps each need an account?
Everyone signs in with their own email. Every seat can work on every client; assigning clients to a rep organizes books and reporting rather than limiting access.
How does creative get approved?
Upload it, reuse it from the client’s library, or design it in Canva. Vugo reviews it against the Content Guidelines, usually within one business day, and it goes live on its start date.
Can we test creative for a client?
Yes. Split a screen campaign’s cars evenly across two to four versions, compare validated plays and QR scans, and declare a winner.
How is it priced?
Screens per thousand validated impressions; wraps and Tiles per car for the flight. Every plan is quoted for its format, market, and dates — see How pricing works.
