One car at a time,
start to finish.
Accept the job
Vugo assigns cars to your shop in your market. Accept each one, or say why you can’t and it goes to another shop.
Offer install times
Send up to two times you can hold. The driver or fleet picks one, and that books it — with the time and your address on their side.
Print and install
Print from the approved file and fit the wrap to the work order: panel sizes, safe and bleed areas, and rules like never covering the third brake light.
Send the photos
Upload up to six install photos. Vugo checks them, and once they’re verified the car is done.
You do the fit.
We do the rest.
- The artwork. Vugo collects the print file from the advertiser and approves it before anything can be printed.
- Design help, when it’s asked for. If an advertiser wants a mock-up or a proof on the vehicle, you upload it and Vugo gets the approval.
- The scheduling. Drivers and fleets are told to pick a time; you get the booking, a calendar file, and a reminder on install day.
- The billing. Vugo handles billing with the advertiser and the fleet. Your portal shows jobs, not invoices.
- The problems. Damage, a car that arrives wrong, vinyl that fails: raise a case on the car and Vugo replies by email.

What shops ask first.
Where does the work come from?
Brands and agencies buy wrap campaigns from Vugo, and Vugo recruits the drivers and fleets that carry them. Install jobs are assigned to shops in the campaign’s market.
Do we have to design anything?
Usually not: the advertiser supplies the artwork and Vugo approves the print file. When an advertiser asks for design help, you can upload a mock-up for their approval.
Who books the install?
You offer up to two times you can hold; the driver, or the fleet for a car with no driver, picks one. If none work, they say so and you offer new times.
Do we invoice the advertiser?
No. Vugo handles billing with the advertiser and the fleet. Talk to Vugo about rates and coverage when your shop joins.
What if the photos aren’t accepted?
Vugo tells you why, and you can send new photos the same way.
