Be the brand people see
on the way in.
Concerts, games, conventions and festivals pull a city’s attention to one place for a few days. Wrapped cars that swarm the venue at the right hours, and screens that put your ad first around entertainment, make your brand part of the scene around it.
How it runs.
Put the date on the board
Vugo® Planning shows your flights next to the market’s moments, and flags a moment where you have wrapped cars on the road but no swarm yet.
Wrap the cars early
Book wraps for two months or more around the event, so the cars are installed and on the road before the city fills up.
Swarm the venue
Schedule swarms around the venue, or along the route from the hotels or the airport, for doors-open and the exit. Wrapped drivers are paid to bring their cars into the zone, and the coverage map shows them there.
Add screens where they run
Your video and QR code play in a continuous loop while the screen is on the road; TripIntent® and time of day put your ad first around entertainment and in the evenings.
Leave the event’s marks out
Talk about the city, the week and the crowd, not the event’s name or logo, unless you hold the rights. Every ad is reviewed against Vugo’s Content Guidelines.
What each one does.
Vehicle wraps
Booked for the months around the event, then swarmed to the venue, the hotels or the airport route for the peak hours.

Before you run it.
Can we run on event day only?
Swarms are scheduled windows on a wrap campaign. The wraps run for the whole flight, two months or more, and you choose the swarm windows inside it, such as event day.
Can we run it in our city?
Wraps and Tiles are recruited for each campaign, so most U.S. metros are possible. Screens run where drivers and fleets already carry them. Share your market and dates and Vugo confirms what’s available.
How is it priced?
Screens are priced per thousand validated impressions; wraps and Tiles per car for the flight. Every campaign is quoted for its format, market, and dates.
