Put the job
where the workers are.
Job boards and social feeds are crowded with the same listings. A wrapped car carries your opening through the neighborhoods your next hires live in, day after day, and a QR code takes them straight to the application.
How it runs.
Lead with the job
Name the role, the pay and one reason to apply, and point the QR code at a short application that works on a phone.
Cover where candidates live
Vugo® recruits drivers in your metro and wraps their cars; on screens, ZIP codes put your ad first in the neighborhoods you hire from.
Swarm your hiring day
Schedule a swarm around your job fair or open house, so the wrapped cars gather where candidates are headed.
Test the pitch
On screens, A/B test a pay-led version against a benefits-led one, and keep the version that earns more scans.
Keep the wording fair
Job ads follow equal-employment and local job-ad rules: no age, sex or other preferences, and a pay range where your state requires one. Vugo targets places and hours, never people.
What each one does.
Vehicle wraps
A moving “now hiring” sign on cars in your metro for months, with route coverage showing the neighborhoods it reached.
Explore →Tiles
Lighter, longer-running “we’re hiring” panels on more cars across your market.
Explore →In-vehicle screens
Where screens run, a QR code to your application, with ZIP codes putting your ad first where candidates live and time of day around commutes and shift changes.

Before you run it.
Do our ads need to show pay?
Several states and cities require a pay range in job ads, and the rules differ on what counts as one. Your company stays responsible for its ad meeting them, so check with your counsel. Vugo reviews every ad against its own Content Guidelines before it runs.
Can we run it in our city?
Wraps and Tiles are recruited for each campaign, so most U.S. metros are possible. Screens run where drivers and fleets already carry them. Share your market and dates and Vugo confirms what’s available.
How is it priced?
Screens are priced per thousand validated impressions; wraps and Tiles per car for the flight. Every campaign is quoted for its format, market, and dates.
