Vugo today launched Vugo Planning, a set of campaign planning tools inside Vugo Platform, the portal where advertisers and agencies buy and run in-vehicle screens, vehicle wraps and Tiles. They're the first planning tools of their kind in rideshare advertising, built so brands and agencies can schedule, manage and test their buys in one place instead of across spreadsheets and email threads.

Schedule the whole season

The planning board lays out six months on one timeline. Every campaign's flight is in view, whether it's running, booked or still a plan, and the seasonal moments that shape a calendar are marked along the top. Move the window earlier or later to look back at what ran or ahead to next quarter.

Manage from first draft to booked

A campaign can start as a draft with only what's known so far, then fill in as the details are decided, with its status and the open decisions in view. Agencies see every client's campaigns on one timeline, with each client's share of the plan, and can open any client's account in one click. When the plan is ready to share, it exports as a PDF media plan.

Test before and during the flight

Before committing, compare a Plan B, such as extending a flight, against the plan on the board. Once a campaign is running, test two versions of the creative: Vugo splits the plays between them and reports each version's served plays, validated plays and QR scans side by side.
