Both sides of the buy,
one set of numbers.
A transit campaign has a buyer who paid for hours of service and an operator who ran them. Vugo® Measure gives both the same count, from the operator’s own feed, graded and signed, so the conversation afterward is about the campaign, not the measurement.
Check what you bought against what ran.
One workspace for every transit campaign: supported hours against the booked line, what needs attention, and a report in the same six-part order every time.
- You provide
- The posting chart: which vehicles carried which creative, from when to when, and the route where the buy guarantees one.
- You get
- Supported hours, pace against booked, makegoods owed and, on some plans, cost per supported hour, by day and by route, with the evidence grade on each figure.
- Proof
- On paid plans, hours a photo confirms (where public cameras permit) and a signed receipt for every figure you quote on.
- Reports
- A formatted report to share, a proof-of-performance file, and the receipt behind them. Your own audience model, if you use one, sits on top; Vugo Measure doesn’t supply or replace it.
Show buyers what ran, from your own feed.
For inventory owners and the sales agents who represent them: posting completeness, fleet health, and a receipt a buyer can verify without taking your word for it.
- Your feeds
- The realtime positions and published schedule you already publish. Nothing is shown to anyone without a verified rights grant from you, and output you haven’t permitted is withheld, not estimated.
- Your roster
- Which vehicles carried which creative. Exact vehicle matches only; an ambiguous or unmatched row is held and listed, never guessed.
- Fleet health
- Days reported per vehicle, feed availability, and posting completeness, in your market’s own clock.
- Makegoods
- When a buyer asks what they’re owed, both of you read the same signed count.
The same numbers, in your own tools.
For developers, analysts and consultants who want Vugo Measure’s results inside their own reporting, models or agents rather than on a Vugo screen. Everything the API returns is the same signed figure the portal shows, quoted by receipt.
- Developer API
- Read endpoints for campaigns, signed results and their slices by day and route, receipts, seller comparison and the coverage directory. Keys are issued from the account, scoped to the same campaigns the account can see, shown once, and revocable.
- MCP server
- A read-only layer over the same API for AI agents and assistants: list campaigns, fetch a signed result and its breakdowns, verify a receipt, compare sellers, read the coverage directory. Every answer cites its receipt ID.
- Honest by design
- Every figure carries its measurement basis — observed or derived from observation; nothing is modeled — and every response lists what was withheld and why. There is no generic impressions field to fall back on.
- Metered
- API and MCP use is metered in credits, weighted by the cost of the call. Re-reading a signed result within its hour is free. Vugo confirms the terms with you.
Was the vehicle on the road when the screen played?
For supply-side platforms and screen networks on vehicles. An SSP reports a play at an instant; Vugo Measure answers what that vehicle was doing at that moment, signed, so the buyer can check it later.
- Three answers
- On an active trip (a confirmed dispatch ride bracketed the play); active (the vehicle’s positions bracket the play and it was moving); or not found. Not found is never a claim the vehicle was off the road.
- What it never carries
- No coordinate, route or trip, and no driver, plate or rider. The answer is per play, and nothing in it re-identifies a trip.
- Status
- The rule was approved as a methodology release in October 2026. Vugo runs the check itself today, and the SSP-facing connection follows once there is a partner to connect. Talk to Vugo if you run a screen network on vehicles.

Vugo Platform
Advertisers, agencies and fleets on Vugo Platform will open Vugo Measure with the same sign-in. Vugo’s own screen and wrap campaigns are reported in Vugo Platform, with validated plays and install proof.

Does Vugo Measure report impressions?
No. It counts supported hours of service. It doesn’t claim impressions, audience, reach, or frequency, because no audience model is connected. If you use one, it sits on top of the count.
What do I need to provide?
A posting chart: which vehicle carried which creative, from when to when, and the route if the buy guarantees one. The operator’s feeds and schedule are read directly, under a rights grant from the operator.
Which feeds does it read?
The transit agency’s own realtime vehicle positions, as GTFS-Realtime or the agency’s websocket, dispatch data from the operator’s dispatch system, and the static GTFS schedule. Positions are read by the provider’s own timestamp.
What happens when a feed drops out?
A gap is a gap. Time the feed didn’t cover isn’t counted and isn’t estimated, and the evidence grade reflects how much time the number couldn’t see. The count stays conservative.
Are there cameras on the buses?
No. Captures come from public roadside traffic cameras, where the rights allow it, and are used only to confirm the creative is on the vehicle.
Is rail measured?
The method for rail cars is approved, and the first rail system comes on with its operator. Ask us about yours.
Is it audited by the MRC?
No. On paid plans every figure is quoted from a signed receipt, and the method behind it is shown in the report.
How does someone check a receipt?
Anyone can verify a signed Vugo receipt against Vugo’s published keys without an account: paste it into the public verifier. If a figure is corrected, the new receipt says why, and the original still verifies.
Is there an API?
Yes. API keys are issued from the account and read the same signed results, receipts and coverage directory the portal shows. A read-only MCP server sits on the same API for AI agents. Use is metered in credits; Vugo confirms the terms with you.
Can an SSP or screen network verify plays?
That connection is in development. The answer — on an active trip, active, or not found at the instant of the play — is built and signed like every other figure, and the rule behind it was approved as a methodology release in October 2026. Talk to Vugo if you run screens on vehicles.
How do I get access?
Vugo Measure is coming soon, and it isn’t open for new accounts yet. Ask for early access and Vugo will be in touch as accounts open. Advertisers, agencies and fleets on Vugo Platform will open it with the same sign-in. Anyone can check a receipt today.
Know what actually ran.
Tell us the vehicles, the routes, and the flight, and we’ll show you what a report would contain.
